Stacy brought over 6 jars and we still only
needed half of a massive cauliflower plant.
We also chopped up some onions, garlic,
celery and hot peppers, but I didn't have any carrots. Each jar got one bay leaf added and the
typical brine (1 cup vinegar to 1 tbsp. pickling salt, we needed 7 cpus for all of the jars). and once that is all in a couple drops of oil on top.
Stacy also gave be some good tips for canning so all of the jars sealed. Then found a home in the basement.
