Trim boards coming down.

By removing the trim boards we exposes a hole that was made to add the outlet close to it. Also the carpet being rolled, it was much different than what was in the dining room, like peel and stick carpet. It was messing coming off but did not leave a lot of residue.

The plaster on the floor idcates that the ceiling was being removed.

We removed any plaster that was loose.  We could tell that it was loose just by pressing on it. Plaster was removed from the area until it stopped coming off easily.  We theorized that the damaged could have been caused by someone in the attic having a mis-step or a leak from the roof.
The hole then gets filled with plaster (be sure to clean it first)
